Pomona

Gili Meno · Indonesia

Where Latin heat meets island rhythm.

Open fire, ceviche, tequila and music on the sand. Long tables, big flavours, and a kitchen that is 100% gluten free without making a thing of it.

About Pomona

Long tables, big flavours. Latin food, with attitude.

Inspired by long, late meals and tables full of friends, our food is bold, fresh, and made for sharing. Flame-grilled meats, zingy ceviches, punchy sauces and smoky, soulful spices, served family-style and always with a little flair.

Rooted in Latin tradition but not bound by it. Playful, generous, and unapologetically vibrant.
