Tuesday evenings are for two. Bring a friend, a date, or the person you met on the boat over. One long table, plates for sharing, and the week finally slowing down.
The rule is simple: do not come alone. Bring the person you have been meaning to have dinner with. Bring the stranger from the dive boat. Bring your mother.
The menu is built for two anyway. Ceviche mixto to start, a picanha for the table, churros to argue over. Ask the bar about the Plus 1 pour when you sit down.
Tuesday is the calmest night of the week on the island, which is exactly why we picked it.
