Sunday Beach BBQ
Fire, sand, sundown.
The grill comes down onto the sand every Sunday afternoon. Anticuchos, catch of the day, corn on the cob, and the sun going down behind Bali.
Sunday is the one we built the week around. From three in the afternoon the fire is lit on the beach, the long tables come out, and the kitchen cooks over open flame until the light goes.
Expect the skewers first: beef and chicken anticuchos in aji panca, turned over the coals. Then whatever the boats brought in that morning, grilled whole with lemon basil and roasted paprika puree. Corn on the cob with chipotle mayo. Plantain, always.
Bring a group or come as you are. Tables fill from around four, so if you want to sit together for sunset, book ahead or send us a WhatsApp on the day.
